Visitors from Gander, Newfoundland will be at Meadow Brook Theatre to share their experiences of September 11, 2001 when 38 planes were forced to land at their airport while the United States airspace was closed to all flights. The local residents opened their hearts and homes to the nearly 7,000 passengers and crew members for almost a week. Tickets to this fundraiser include the opportunity to chat with these amazing people at a reception following the presentation.
