Producer Martin Klemmer has uncovered a terrific script - 'Star Wars: The Play.' Martin's calls are not being returned by the powerful Broadway magnates capable of getting this play to the Great White Way. He need names, names like film legends Sylvia Glenn and Leatrice Monsee, for the leads. If he can sign the, he can get the money. Unfortunately, they hate each other. Will Martin be able to resovle this titanic dilemma? Will 'Star Wars; The Play' hit the big time? And, if Sylvia and Leatrice do agree to appear together, will another big star sign on too? Travis W. Walter - Director

is an alumnus of Oakland University and has worked at Meadow Brook Theatre in one capacity or another since graduation in 2002. He directed last season’s Around the World in 80 Days, Things My Mother Taught Me, Once on This Island, Luce and The Bikinis. MBT audiences may remember seeing him onstage in A Christmas Carol, Witness for the Prosecution, The Foreigner and Of Mice and Men.

Terry W. Carpenter - Stage Manager

is in his 35th full season as stage manager at Meadow Brook Theatre which makes him a legend in his own mind. Keeping him dealing with reality are the rest of the MBT staff, his wife Linda & son Joel in Michigan & daughter-in-law Alicia & son Adam in NYC.

Sarah Lin Warren - Assistant Stage Manager

is excited to be working with such a talented group of artists in this fun comedy. Her credits include, The Crucible (NYU), Phantom Menace to Society (Second City), Rigoletto (Michigan Opera House). Special thanks to Mike, Lilianna and her family.

Brian Kessler - Scenic Designer

is in his 12th season with MBT. He is also the theatre's Technical Director. Some of his favorite designs for MBT include: Things My Mother Taught Me, Mary Stuart, White’s Lies and Dracula. Brian also designs for other theatres in the Detroit area and does Production Design work for film. Thanks to all his family and friends for their support.

Corey Collins - Costume Designer

works at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor as a Cutter/Draper and has been designing professionally and educationally for twelve years. He holds a BA from Oakland University and an MFA from Wayne State University. Recent designs include: Once on This Island, You Never Know, The Andrews Brothers, Lysistrata Jones, Life Could Be a Dream, Blithe Spirit, Pride and Prejudice, August: Osage County, Design for Living and Kong’s Night Out.

Reid G. Johnson - Lighting Designer

As Resident Lighting Designer, Mr. Johnson has designedthe lighting for over 180 shows at Meadow Brook. Reid has designed at Williamston Theatre, Gem, Century Club, Music Hall, Birmingham and Fisher Theatres and AlabamaShakespeare Festival. He is also a Resident Artist at the Purple Rose Theatre Company. Reid thanks his family for their support of his passion for motorcycling and Theatre.

Mike Duncan - Sound Designer

is thrilled to be back for his tenth season as Resident Sound Designer. Past favorite shows include Falling, Cole Porter's You Never Know, Mary Stuart and The 39 Steps. As a musician, composer and designer he has worked at several theatre companies in and out of state and lectures at OU. Mike is grateful to be part of the Meadow Brook family.
